Profession Based Additional Documents

For Business Owners:

  • Updated trade license with Notary & Translation
  • Certificate of incorporation and updated Memorandum of Articles (shareholder pages)
  • Latest Business Bank Statements with solvency certificates
  • Visiting card and company profile

For Employees:

  • No objection certificate (NOC)
  • A Copy of Office ID card (both side)
  • Salary slips or certificate
  • Salary account statement for the last 6 months
  • Visiting card
  • Government Order (for the official passport holder)

For Students:

  • A copy of Student ID card
  • NOC / leave letter from the institution

For Retired Applicants:

  • Copy of the retirement certificate
  • LPR documents (if applicable)
  • Pension book

For Doctors:

  • BMDC Certificate

For Advocates:

  • Bar Council Certificate

Processing Time:

  • 10–15 working days (for the application preparation, submission, and decision)

Singapore Visa Fees & Service Charges:

  • Service Charge: BDT. 1,500 per applicant (if needed – Notary, translation and Asset Valuation charges are additional)
  • Embassy Fee: For Tourist 5,300 For Business 5,300 

 

Additional Documents for Singapore Tourist Visa

  1. Personal travel plan (sightseeing, visiting relatives or friends)
  2. Confirmation copies for hotel booking/reservation (if not invited)
  3. If invited by someone:
  4. An invitation letter
  5. Inviter’s passport copy and visa status.
  6. Proof of relationship with the inviter (if applicable)
  7. Proof of Accommodation in Australia (home address, email, contact number)

Additional Documents for Singapore Business Visa

  1. Official Invitation Letter from the Australian company or organization (must include inviter’s contact number, ABN, purpose of visit, dates, expense responsibility)
  2. Business Relationship Evidence:
  3. Previous communications (invoices, email conversations, contracts)
  4. Proof of minutes of the meeting
  5. Applicant’s Company Profile / Brochure / Website link (if available)
  6. Company Documents:
  7. Updated trade license with Notary & Translation
  8. Certificate of incorporation and updated Memorandum of Articles (shareholder pages)
  9. Company BIN Certificate, TIN Certificate and VAT certificate, (if available)
  10. Last 6 months Business Bank Statement with solvency certificate 
  11. Tax returns of the company for last 3 years
  12. Two/three company letterheads (blank)
  13. Meeting Schedule or Event Registration
  14. Hotel Booking and a return flight itinerary

 

Applying for a Singapore Visa from Bangladesh

To apply for a Singapore entry Or Visit visa for business or social visits, you will need the following documents:

  • Valid Passport with at least six months validity from the date of arrival in Singapore.
  • Visa Application Form-14A completely filled in with original sign as per Passport
  • 2 recent passport sized Color photographs (Met/Semi Met Paper, white background). MUST be taken during the last 3 months.
  • Air Ticket Booking copy
  • Hotel Booking Copy
  • Invitation Letter MUST (Any 1 of following) Form V39A completely filled:
    • COMPANY INVITATION: (Authorized NRIC Number, Designation, Company Registration Number (UEN), Address, phone number and relationship with applicant).
    • INDIVIDUAL: (Authorized NRIC Number, Address, phone number, relationship with applicant).
  • Some applicants may require additional documents & a longer processing time due to additional verifications required.

For Government Service Holders

For Govt. Service Holders Letter of Introduction (LOI) letter signed by officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
