Chinese Visa Application Service Center Bangladesh

Required Documents (For All Applicants)

  1. Passport at least 6 months validity from the date of entry in CHINA, with minimum two blank pages. (With all previous passports if any).
  2. Note: If the previous passport has been lost, then a GD copy is mandatory. If you have ever changed your name or any information on your passport before, you will need an affidavit from MOFA.
  3. Photo 2 copy Recent (white background with matt paper, lab print) photo size 35*45 (Sun Glass, cap, T-shirt and white dress not allowed) woman must show her ear and forehead. Note: That picture has been used once in a passport or visa. That picture is not allowed.
  4. Bank statements last 06 months must be original copy & Bank Solvency must original copy (original bank seal and signature) balance at least per person 3 lac.
  5. TIN Certificate
  6. Income Tax Certificate also return for the last year (if available)
  7. The married person must have a Nikah Nama /marriage certificate (English with notary). 
  8. Confirm Air Ticket 

China Medical Visa — Required Documents

  • Valid Passport
  • Recent Photo (48mm × 33mm)
  • Latest Medical Report
  • Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate
  • (Minimum Balance: 10,00,000 BDT)

 

Profession Based Additional Documents for tourist visa

For Business Owners:

  1. Updated trade license with Notary & Translation. (Must have original Bangla copy with QR code)/ Certificate of incorporation and updated Memorandum of Articles (shareholder pages)
  2. Latest Business Bank Statements with solvency certificates last six months. (If available).
  3. Visiting card.
  4. Bin certificate of company.
  5. Income Tax certificate and Returns for the last 3 years.
  6. Business pad/company letterhead pad blank page 2 copy.

For Employees:

  1. No objection certificate (NOC). (must include inviter’s name, passport number, contact number, purpose of visit, dates, expense responsibility)
  2. A Copy of Office ID card (both side)
  3. Salary slips or certificates last two months.
  4. Visiting card.
  5. Government Order (for the official passport holder).
  6. If the company bears all the expenses of the employee, then an authorization letter from the company is required and other documents of the company. 

For Doctors:

  1. BMDC certificate. (Notary)
  2. Visiting card. 
  3. Prescription pad 2 copy.
  4. NOC from hospital. Must specify travel date.
  5. Government Doctors should be GO. Must be an original copy. 
  6. A practice doctor should be a prescription pad.

For Retired Applicants:

  1. Copy of the retirement certificate. (English with notary).
  2. LPR documents (if applicable)
  3. Pension book
  4. For Advocates:

BAR council certificate. (Notary)

Visiting card.

For student:

  1. Student ID card.
  2. Leave certificate/holiday certificate letter from school/college/university (Original copy).
  3. Parents are responsible later. (If traveling alone).
  4. Parents’ bank statements and solvency last six months. (If travel alone).
  5. NID/birth certificate.

Processing Time:

Glovan Travels file processing time: 10 – 13 working days.

Visa type: Sticker visa 

Visa fee 

  • Single entry: 11000 tk. (Visited last 5 years: China / Malaysia / Singapore / First World)     
  • Single entry (interview need): 14000 tk. (Visited any Countries / Fresh passport) 
  • Double entry 6 months: 12500 tk. (2 times single visited in China) 
  • 1 Year multiple: 16000 tk. (2 times Double entry visa in China also used) 
  • 2 Years multiple: 19000 tk. (2 times 1-year multiple entry visa and visit) 

 

Requirements

  1. Passport: Original, 6+ months validity, blank pages.
  2. Photos: 2 recent (33x48mm, white background, no glasses/caps).
  3. Application Form: Completed online via visaforchina.cn.
  4. Itinerary: Round-trip flight booking & hotel reservations.
  5. Financials (for individuals): Bank Statement (6 months, ৳3L+ balance), Solvency Certificate, TIN, Tax Return.
  6. Profession-Specific (for employees/owners): Trade License (notarized), NOC/Company Pad, ID Card, Visiting Card, Student ID.
  7. Marriage Certificate: Required for married applicants (English, notarized).

Application Process

Complete Online Form: Fill out the form on the CVASC portal and upload documents.

Pay Fees: Pay visa fees online or at the center.

Book Appointment: Schedule a time to visit the CVASC in Dhaka.

Submit at CVASC: Go to the center in Banani with all original documents and biometrics (fingerprints).

Collect Passport: Pick up your passport after processing.
